Taking care of water

We have been planning our investment strategy for the 25 years from 2010 onwards.

As part of this, in 2007 we carried out extensive research and our largest ever public consultation.

Following the consultation, we were pleased to publish in December 2007 the final version of Taking care of water, our 25-year plan for a sustainable future.

Taking care of water is our Strategic Direction Statement for 2010 to 2035 that sets out what we think the future holds and how we will respond to this.

It also summaries what our customers, employees and other stakeholders have told us and shows how we've considered this in our planning.
