- The water industry works in five-year planning cycles, in which proposals are submitted to our regulator, Ofwat, to determine future price limits. Our draft report sets out the challenges we face from 2010 to 2015 and how we intend to address them.

- Draft Water Resources Management Plan
- Every five years we produce a Water Resources Management Plan. This sets out how the we will cope with increased pressure on water supplies, from population growth, climate change and increased demand.
- Taking care of water
- Taking care of water is our strategic direction statement for 2010 to 2035. This is the culmination of our largest-ever public consultation, which included discussion groups with customers and stakeholders, interviews with MPs and an online consultation.
