We are embarking on the largest capital works programme in our history. This is hardly surprising given the magnitude of the challenges we face as both an organisation and a nation.

Some of the biggest engineering projects the UK will see in the coming decades will be ours to deliver. We are securing supply and improving on environmental outcomes on a huge scale, making sure our growing number of customers always have the water they need and that it is delivered efficiently.
