Our 850 employees handle four million calls and 600,000 pieces of correspondence per year, and we're passionate about resolving every query promptly and efficiently.It could mean explaining a customer's bill to them, advising them how to get a water meter or despatching a crew to deal with a burst pipe.
We put the customer experience at the heart of business, so every process begins and ends with the customer.
