  • Name
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Bank account details (if it will affect your Direct Debit payments)

Please note under the Data Protection Act, we can only discuss account details with those named on the account.

Account holders

If you wish to include additional people on your account we will need confirmation from them and from you.
