Payroll giving

Employees are offered the facility to support their favourite charities with our payroll giving scheme Give As You Earn.

We pay all the administration costs on behalf of our employees to ensure that every penny donated goes to charity.

To further increase our support for charitable causes and to encourage even more employees to give as they earn, we now contribute an additional 10 per cent to our employee's donations.

We aim to have at least 4 per cent of employees signed up to Company 'Give As You Earn' scheme by 31 March 2008.
