Employee fundraising

Our employees are keen fundraisers, taking part in sports tournaments, organising social events and getting friends and colleagues involved in all manner of activities in the name of charity.

We offer a pound for pound matched funding scheme (up to a maximum of £2,000) for registered charities to help make a difference to communities and initiatives close to our employees' hearts.

In 2007/08 Thames Water employees raised over £80,000 in for good causes, which qualified for over £40,000 matched funding from Thames Water.

We are committed to making our website accessible to as many of our customers as possible. To support this commitment, our new website is currently undergoing an accessibility assessment by Shaw Trust. We expect to receive an accessibility accreditation in summer 2008.
